Shades of Nude Lipsticks

People keep telling me they like how my makeup matches my hair colour but I swear I’m not doing it on purpose. I’d love a red every now and then but they all just look too bright against my skin. So obviously, it’s basically been these five lipsticks on rotation for the past few months. They will certainly not come as a surprise if you’ve read some of my previous posts but here you go anyway.

Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick Formulas

Since starting this blog, I’ve been on a massive lip product kick. The thing is I need new shadows but there is nothing that tickles my fancy. Additionally, having moved to London, I can finally get my dose of Charlotte Tilbury makeup without having to rely on the wretched delivery company. And let’s not be overly dramatic but I basically want to be Charlotte Tilbury when I grow up. So as soon as I arrived and left my luggage at the apartment, I ran to Fenwick to get myself another Art Deco bullet. (Oh, that so brought on a FMJ/TGW reference.)

Top Three Lipstick Formulas

I am definitely not one to go for a sheer lip. Nor a glossy one. Those glossy stains I own are certainly not getting much wear. At least, this season. I seem to lean towards more opaque and matte finishes so I thought I’d share my favourite ones with you. Note, I am still yet to purchase my first Tom Ford and YSL lipsticks but till then….

Birthday Makeup Tutorial

It was my birthday yesterday and that calls for Moët & Chandon, Ninotchka and general relaxation mode. How fun but then what did you expect on a Monday? Last year, I went to Reichstag and a guy almost crushed me with a door so it was kind of nicer this time round.
